This cypress is a grandiose display of tree, growing up to 98 feet in height and resembling a pine. It can grow to 16 feet in width, and has tightly packed needles covering its hardy branches. The needles range in color from pale green to a green so rich it could nearly be described as dark gray.

Contrary to seeming natural laws, like all evergreens the Cypress flourishes in winter. Through the months of January and February, small white flowers bloom among the leaves, giving this tree its cold beauty.
