Apricot trees are a very beautiful type that grow up to 29 feet tall with branches that spread themselves as far as 19 feet in width. The branches are adorned by rich, green leaves. The flowers bloom in bunches that range in color from white to medium pink in March and April. The fruit follows suit, ripening to a deep orange tinted by bright red and filled with a rich sweetness. Within the fruit is a single, edible seed that contains a useful oil.
